Currently, I am living in Bergamo, Italy with my husband, Terry. He is enrolled in an Association Montessori Internationale (A.M.I.) Elementary Teacher Training course for the 2009-2010 academic year. I am very excited to be living here in Bella Italia and am enjoying this beautiful city and delicious food. This year I am focusing on researching and developing some training manuals for staff and parents to be used in schools. I am working on an art and music album to go along with my A.M.I. curriculum albums. I am also learning a bit of Italian, doing some volunteering at the local Montessori school and immersing myself in this amazing culture. In effort to flex my creative muscles I am keeping a blog of my year in Bergamo. Feel free to check it out.
